For more than a decade, Williams has been the only private professional geotechnical engineering firm in Florida to provide course development and instruction of construction inspection training services to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

Williams’ instructors are practicing professional engineers and engineering services staff who have more than 25 years of industry-specific experience. Williams has the experience, staff, and equipment to develop the full range of courses and corresponding media. The courses include instructor-led, hands-on, and computer-based training and are custom-designed to meet the needs and requirements of the client.
